Our founders experienced first-hand how difficult and opaque it was to buy land in Kerala — unclear documentation, unreliable agents, and no way to truly verify a property before investing.

In 2022, we set out to fix this. We built Land Aura as the platform we wished had existed — one that puts verified listings, legal clarity, and modern tools like drone tours and VR walkthroughs in the hands of every buyer.
